Since WWE reintroduced the brand split in July 2016, Survivor Series has centered around competition between wrestlers from Raw and SmackDown for brand supremacy. In addition to airing on traditional PPV, it will be available to livestream on Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network in international markets. Announced on October 25, 2021, the 2022 event will be the 36th event under the Survivor Series chronology and is scheduled to occur on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, marking the first Survivor Series to be held on a Saturday. The event is traditionally characterized by having Survivor Series matches, which are tag team elimination matches that typically features teams of four or five wrestlers against each other. The second longest running pay-per-view (PPV) event in history (behind WWE's WrestleMania), it is one of the promotion's five biggest events of the year, along with WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Royal Rumble, and Money in the Bank, referred to as the "Big Five". Will they decide to pull the trigger? We will have to wait and see….Survivor Series is an annual gimmick event, produced every November by WWE since 1987. If the WWE wants to shake up their WrestleMania plans, WWE Roadblock is the perfect place to do so. I think Triple H retains here but we see some interference from someone (Reigns or Lesnar). There is a slight chance Dean wins here if the WWE has realized that Triple H vs Roman Reigns isn’t going to work for fans. It would also make sense for Brock to cost Triple H the title, giving his WrestleMania opponent the belt for their match but we all know the WWE sometimes forgets logic. Triple H is set to take on Roman Reigns and WrestleMania and Dean is scheduled to take on Brock Lesnar. This should be a fantastic match and I am really excited for it. WWE World Heavyweight Title – Dean Ambrose vs. It makes more sense for the WWE to have Brock win here and I think this is what we will see happen. Brock Lesnar is set to take on Ambrose at WrestleMania and Bray still doesn’t have a match scheduled yet. I am just happy we get to witness the match instead of the WWE tossing it to the side. We thought we were getting this at WrestleMania after they set it up at the Royal Rumble. My official prediction is that the New Day retains, but there is a slight chance it goes the other way. The New Day have been killing it as tag team champions and the tag division is a bit thin right now. There is a slight chance we see the titles change hands in this one if the WWE wants to carry this feud into WrestleMania. WWE Tag Team Title – Sheamus and King Barrett vs.
I also believe that Enzo and Cass are headed to main roster soon anyways so wouldn’t make sense to put the belts on them now.
Again, I love Enzo and Cass and can’t wait to enjoy their energy live but I don’t think we will see a title change here. NXT has already taped all of their programs leading up to NXT Takeover: Dallas with the Revival still as champions. NXT Tag Team Title – Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady vs.
I am a big Nattie fan so I am happy to see her perform but we all know the outcome of this one.
Charlotte – The WWE has already set up the Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 32 between Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch and Charlotte making the outcome of this one obvious.
